Announcing: KloudLearn’s new Reporting Feature — Kloudlearn LMS + LXP

KloudLearn is pleased to announce its latest product update with the release of the new Reporting module.

Our latest update to our Reporting functionality, can help L&D professionals to translate their learning management data into meaningful information for devising efficient enterprise training strategies .

This new improvement to the reporting feature allows L&D professionals to generate user reports, course reports, group reports and assessment reports.With Kloudlearn LMS you can now use this powerful and intuitive tool to easily access pre-built reports that help track and measure the impact of employee training programmes.

Admins can Group, filter, and summarize custom reports according to courses, users, or learning groups in your enterprise.

Additionally, Administrators can choose to schedule the reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Finally, a key feature of Kloudlearn is the new UI that has been updated with a more clear and responsive design.

User Report

The User report helps analyze individual learner performance across training courses.

Administrators can analyze key metrics such as Learner Participation, Training Performance, and Completion Rates.

How administrators can access the User Reports?

  • Navigate to Reports in the KloudLearn Sidebar
  • Select the Create Report drop down button
  • Select User report
  • Enter a Report Name
  • Proceed to enter the user name of learners that you would like to generate reports for.
  • Add the all the necessary fields like Course Date, Course Status, Start Date, Due Date etc
  • Proceed to select Next
  • The Administrator has a preview of the report, where you can also download the report in CSV format
  • The Admin can set the frequency of the report that he can schedule on a daily, weekly or monthly bases. Add the email addresses of the stakeholders you would like the report to be sent to.
  • Proceed to the Schedule Report tab where you can select the frequency of the report- daily, weekly, monthly along with other custom date and time parameters like Start Time, Day of the Week etc

Course Report

This report helps assess training performance at the Course Level.

Administrators can analyze training metrics such as course completion rates, learners engagement and more.

How administrators can access the Course Reports?

  • Navigate to Reports in the KloudLearn Sidebar
  • Select the Create Report drop down button
  • Select Course report
  • Enter a Report Name
  • Choose the list of courses you would like to generate a report for.
  • Add the all the necessary fields like Course Date, Course Status, Start Date, Due Date etc
  • Proceed to select Next
  • The Administrator now has a preview of the report, where you can also download the report in CSV format
  • The Admin can set the frequency of the report that he can schedule on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Add the email addresses of the stakeholders you would like the report to be sent to.

Group Report

This report helps track learner performance across their groups. This helps benchmark individual learner performance with respect to their peers.

How administrators can access the Group Reports?

  • Navigate to Reports in the KloudLearn Sidebar
  • Select the Create Report drop down button
  • Select Group report
  • Enter a Report Name and select a Group
  • The Administrator has a preview of the report, where you can also download the report in CSV format
  • The Admin can set the frequency of the report that he can schedule on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Add the email addresses of the stakeholders you would like the report to be sent to.
  • Proceed to the Schedule Report tab where you can select the frequency of the report- daily, weekly, monthly along with other custom date and time parameters like Start Time, Day of the Week etc.
  • Enter the email address that you would like the schedule the report to. The Group report will be sent out to the particular stakeholders at the specified date and time.

Assessment Report

View this report to gain insights into learner performance across their quizzes, assessments and more.

This is an important report for Administrators as it helps identify knowledge and skill gaps for learners across training courses.

How administrators can access the Assessment Reports?

  • Navigate to Reports in the KloudLearn Sidebar
  • Select the Create Report drop down button
  • Select Assessment Report
  • Enter a Report Name and a Course Name.
  • The Administrator has a preview of the report, which includes the quiz name, pass requirement, score percentage, quiz results, attempts and more. This report can be downloaded via CSV format
  • Proceed to the Schedule Report tab where you can select the frequency of the report- daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Enter the email address that you would like the schedule the report to. The Assessment report will be sent out to the particular stakeholders at the specified date and time.
